I have installed a smoke system on my Intro, works great but only for one minute with my 12oz tank. What tanks are any of you guys using as there is not much room in the Boomerang without making the model nose heavy.

Here are some pix of our latest upgrade. This one is using the Sullivan SkyWriter pump with a 6v battery. The tubes are from TamJets wtih 2 16oz DuBro tanks plumbed in series and standing on the back end just in front of the main tank. The overflow is installed in between the two tanks on the floor of the fuse. This is also where the fuel system vents. The pilot didn't experience any trim changes. He flies 6 minute sorties and the smoke lasted the duration.
There are currently 5 Boomers in our club with a 6th about to come online any day now. We tested the smoke system this afternoon and it works good! I have video too but I have to learn how to get it off the camera and onto the computer.

Yes, we were concerned about that issue as well (inverted). By plumbing them vertically in series, 1 tank remains full trhough the first half of the flight. Here is a clip of the smoke in progress. Hope I did this right!
