Residual gasses may ignite more easily with a turbine present at that location.

Are you kidding me? I could do that and still drink a nice cold Old Vienna at the same time!
Sure would suck if you had to jump off the throne, because you were going to "dump" the plane!
LOL!

Hmmmmm............I remember in late June of '96 in Shreveport. The Austin Gang, and some others, roasted marshmallows in Bob Violett's F-80 (T-33?) exhaust. Even old Bob smiled at that....

I live in Sport and was at the meet where the Austin gang roasted marshmalows behind the exhaust of BV's T 33, it was classic. I have been to many meets since and that still takes the cake.
As for hoovering a jet, I saw Johnny (I forget his last name) hoover an F-15 in a thirty mile an hour head wind all day in Waco last year. (Southwest) So except for taking a s--- I guess I have seen a jet guy do that. I just dont want to see anyone hoovering and taking a crap!!!

If I was scoring it I would say that is a crappy hover.

Sorry for the small picture. i must have down loaded it wrong. You can see the full size version in the Fun fly planes & Profile planes section under $600 dollar plane.

If he had a crack up and wanted you to take a picture, I hope you told him the camera broke.

That is pretty funny especially once I noticed where you were. I just hope you don't end up winning the next Darwin award....
