I have sent you many emails over the past three weeks with no reply. Since it doesn't appear you'll be fixing your shipping issue anytime soon[&o], cancel orders 607 and 610 from September 2008 and order 628 from November. You can refund trhough Paypal (the same way I paid you).

You can do the same with order number 609 from September... Eric, this is bad business practices and not good for business...

Still no response from Air Pac. I tried calling them several times now and only get an answering machine. So, due to my really uneasy feeling that I may not get my $1,700+ back, I filed a complaint with the Hawaii BBB. Hopefully that will get Eric to answer emails . . . but we'll see.

Be forewarned AirPac Models corporate status is currently expired and Advanced Home Designs, Inc., (which Airpac is part of) has been dissolved per the Hawaii Department of Commerce:
