BVM spring gear door hing
I was talking to a friend and he said that BVM had a spring that would prop the gear door open and the gear retracting would pull the doors closed, it was used on the T-33, he told me Anyone know if BVM still has this item.. Or does anyone have a better spring door hing type that they know of.
Thanks

RE: BVM spring gear door hing
Best least expensive one I ever saw was done by a guy named James or something like that. Actually I can't remember his name. I do recall that Mr. Matt remembers his name. He was from Alaska and was particularly crafty at making plugs and molds. His posts are all over the mold making forum on this site.
Mike James, it just occurred to me.
His solution for nose gear door with a rubber band is ingenious in my opinion. If you can find it. I don't think Mike has posted here in more than a year and a half.
