BVM Aggressor 2 Fuel Problem
I have a BVM Aggressor 2 powered by a BVM 91 and always ran well until my last couple of flights. I am using the standard saddle tanks that came wit the jet and installed a 2 OZ hopper tank and never had any issues.
When flying the last time the fuel was only drawing from one tank while the other tank remained full. I pulled out both tanks, replaced brass tubing, clunkand fuel lines in tanks, reinstalled started the engine and same problem is still there, only drawing fuel from one tank. [&o]
Any suggestions.
thanks
Mike

RE: BVM Aggressor 2 Fuel Problem
New T's as well. If they filled ok, they should feed ok. When defueling, do they go even? Did you replace with all new line. Could have a small pinhole.
I'm betting on a pinhole in the vent line on the tank that's remaining full. Therefore, not getting pressure to that tank causing to pull on the one tank. They would fuel and defuel fine. Try pressurizing that side by itself, check all the vent connections.

Especially the fuel tubing connection inside the tank to the vertical ventline extension. Easy to get a pinhole when installing it, makes sure all tubing is thouroughly deburred.
I happen to have 2 sets of these tank NIP if you find you need new tanks for some reason.
