Hi Charlie,

Glad to see you on here....

Are you going to make it to Deer Lodge, Montana this year? Duyane Habbits is already putting out the feelers.....

Charlie,

Robart also is close to releasing a similar slimline gear called the 530 series. It is all metal and will accept the 7/16" strut. They may be a better choice for a 20+ pound project. I believe the BVM balsa bandit gear will work too.

Default Retrax

Guys,

Anyone know the specs of the new Springair 503s or the new robarts? I love Springairs for the reliability and low cost, but they're a little light for my turbine-powered Starfires.

I wish those balsa Bandit gear fit, they're nice.

Anyone know of any gear that are about the size of standard Springairs or Robarts that are really strong?

Thanks!
