Bifurcated Pipe Question
Regarding bifurcated vs single pipe:
What will be the equivalent size of a bifurcated pipe against a single pipe?
Must the sum of the area (circle ) of each exhaust of the bifurcated one match the area of the single?
I have a bifurcated pipe that will go with a 36 pound engine and it seems small (diameter at exhaust) for it
Thanks,
Edgar

RE: Bifurcated Pipe Question
Thanks Bob,
What I mean to ask if how do I know if a bifurcated pipe will work for my 36 pound turbine?
I have a Tam single pipe with 90mm diameter that works in an Euro. I got another plane that uses a bifurcated pipe. When looking at that pipe, the exhaust diameter is significantly smaller than 90mm. However there are two of them. How do I know if enough?
Thanks
