Please forgive me for continuing to post announcements about Florida Jets but so much is happening, so fast, that I feel pilots deserve a heads up as to what is going on and there is no better place in the Universe than this Universe! Pun intended!
While we have lots of room for tents, because of the huge turnout predicted, we will have very little room for parking trailers or cars in the Pit area
It apears now that we will have well over 200 pilots, making this the biggest FJ ever. So we need to be courteous and be aware that we need every space available for guys to erect their tents. That means that we will have a special parking space for Vehicles and Trailers, AFTER they are unloaded. So, you may drive up to your tent area, unload and then place the vehicles and trailers in the trailer parking area.
The only folks exempt from this are Vendors, and they have their own special area anyway.
Please help us out, I can't tell you how much it will mean to everyone in the long run.

What about handicapped parking? Or are there any golf carts or shuttles to get handicapped people from the parking to the action? Because I'm temporarily, due to surgery, handicapped and I refuse to miss this event for anything!!!! I know the airport will have some type of like golf cart or shuttle to get me to my gate, but I was wondering what if any arrangements are there for handicapped people. Thanks in advance for any help!!
