David, congratulations on your test flight. If you are going to be at Florida Jets you can copy the control throws on the Rafale I just test flew the other day, look forward to seeing you there.

hello,
the centre of gravity seems very back.
Is the plane limiting unstable!? which is your CG distance?

What a blast this jet is., another winning jet. If you like delta wing jets or even a great flying warbird jet this is it. See everyone at FL Jets.

dude for real, that plane looked mostly out of control

Im sure you had a handle on it, but the video doesn't make it look like a stable aircraft

You deserve a medal for getting that back down in one piece. If it was mine I would check the cg and think about some serious expo.

Shouldn't the wind sock be straight out at 30 mph wind?

David,
next time you post a video of a maiden flight, make sure it's really like the second or third flight and just call it the maiden. Geez. Give the dude a break. Looks pretty much like he described it. A little too pitch sensitive and maybe the cg is little back. Probably just needs to back the throws off, add some more expo and double check the CG. I look forward to seeing it fly at FJ.

Congrats on the maiden.

Marty

afterburner, I rechecked the CG and it was 6oz tail heavy and I have added alitte more expo on the thows and reduced the canard throws all together.

This is like any other plane, just got to work the bugs out until it right.
Tam, I will be glad to come see you to recheck the throws and all...

Thanks guys..

David,

I was right where you were last week man with the maiden of my Scooter (thank God is over with ), I had a wheel come off on take off due to warranty issues [&:] ( joke ) and my first landing sucked bro so don't let it get to you. It only gets better from here on.

Good job and look forward to many flights...
