We are using this device as a header tank. Simple design concept to stabilize fuel pressure and to prevent unwanted fuel line bubble. The core is made from machined aluminum to house special absorbing fiber and bubble-eliminating clunk. The fitting is sealed with O-ring once inserted into the containing bottle. The bottle cap is then screwed on to securely hold the core in place. We use standard baby bottle for its many advantages. It is strong, durable, and highly resistant to pressure and temperature changes. This helps to stabilize fuel pressure which in turn, helps to reduce fuel pump and ecu regulating workload. The standard baby bottle is usually made from Polycarbonate plastic which is gasoline and kerosene proof. Another big plus is that it is easy to find and replace.
Air in the fuel line (bubble) is the main cause for flameout so the core is what we are emphasizing on. The core's containment can hold large amount of special absorbing fiber which allows high volume of fuel to be absorbed. The soaked fiber provides continuous feeding to the pick-up clunk and prevents fuel starvation to the feeding fuel line.
Installation is simple since the unit can be installed in various angles. Just fill and fly.

Hi Kevin,
We see so many nice installations and yet, the fuel system becomes the weakest link causing flameout and untimely damages. We hope to give the idea out to the jet modelers and they can apply the concept. Standard header being used today is fine until you have some air in the tank. The Bubble Sucker will continue to feed bubbleless fuel to the fuel line even though the bottle is half empty.
The core is machined from solid aluminum and we are using special bubble-eliminating clunk for pick up. The fuel pipes will take 6x4mm fuel lines so this will support small and large turbines.
Kevin, so to answer your $$20K question, we can provide the complete unit for $45.- The 120ml baby bottle is free!! The bottle comes with size "S" nipple so I don't know if this is suitable for you. BTW, don't feed baby with this bottle after use!!
