1/10th scale jet pilot full
#3
Hi friends:
Two month ago, I bought a pilot 1:7 to Century Jets and I no like too much. I paint this pilot for a frie5nd from Portugal.
The pilot come in white resin and in some pieces, but the finish is really bad, with too much pores. I added more material in the arms of the pilot because these no was nice. The price no was excessive, over 28$.
Sorry, but I no have photo, only one in my phone.
Best regards from Spain.
Carlos.

hpghost,
We are working on making this one available. It's 1/10, full bodied and is beautifully crafted! Also, he is very light. I am hoping we will have them available in the coming weeks after the Toledo trade show (still working out the final details).

@ Joe, I agree with you.
A pilot in the cockpit really transforms a scale model into a real aircraft in miniature.
@ Marty, the pilot will be added to the website when they are available.

KC,
I ordered mine about three years ago. In addition to the pilot arriving decapitated[:@], the overall quality looked like something my six year old slapped together with Play-Doh. Maybe my expectations were too high for whatever the price was.

I ended up getting an MGA pilot and a Blue Box helmet display which comes with a blank unpainted head just to support the helmet. I popped the head out of the MGA pilot and popped the blank unpainted head into the MGA bust. Painted the face with details and put the helmet on. Came out great for my F-15. I give Todd from Dreamworks the credit for that idea which I found in an old thread.
