Default RE: New Boomerang Elan...

Not too much longer to wait guys.
The models are now in the UK. I am currently in Sardinia doing some flight training and demo work. I will be back on the UK early next week and hope to start shipping kits by Thursday at the latest. Despite the busy note on my inbox I am still receiving emails and happily taking many Elan orders. Please feel free to get in touch, I may be delayed in responding but I will get back to each email I receive.
Regards Al

Default RE: New Boomerang Elan...

Doea anyone know if the Robart retracts for the Elan will be air up and down or air up and spring down?? As a option if using the Jet-1A retract will there be a lot of modification to use the Jet-1A retracts. I had to do alot of fabrication on my baby boomerang to use the Jet-1A's..Just trying to make final decisions before my Elan get's here hopefully sometime soon.. thanks for the help!! Rick

I believe the Jet 1A's should be bolt right in. I know they were waiting for their own Elan (the Jet 1A producers) so they can make a set for the Elan.

The Robarts are air up/air down.

The Jet 1A's are being custom made for the Elan. The wheel wells are moulded in to the centre wing. No mods will be needed.

Check with Todd at Dreamworks. I know he had some, but not sure anymore. Tell him to check up in the cabinet of the trailer.
