Default A qouple of questions.

New plans and a qouple of questions:

Are many trainers just one pice? Or two, with a one pice wing?

Common weight and engine size for trainers?

Depends on the trainer

The boomerang intro has 2 wings and a fuse, but can be broken down further.
Same with the A10-X

The Reaction 54 and AV8R have a single fuse and 1 piece wing
The JetMach has a 2 piece wing

All of these planes fly on 12-14lbs motors

I'd say trainers (depends what you call a trainer) weigh in the 10-20# range. A BVM kingcat, e.g., will come in at significantly more than that.

I suppose with the right builder, an A-10x with a small engine could be in the 10lbs (#=pound=lb). I don't know if an A-10x is lighter or heaveir than a boomer.
