Megabar build thread
The history is long for the Megabar. So far as I know, it was about three years ago that Eddie Weeks made the Megabar Molds. Most here have seen the video and pictures on his website.
Recently I was given the opportunity to bring the prototype to flight ready status. Following pictures represent the last three weeks:

RE: Megabar build thread
Painted today at Elda's demand that I not leave the house with orange marking paint on the tips, so I down and dirtied it.
This is after all a total test bed airframe.
Model came out at 25 lbs dry with no weight needed to balance. 96 Inches Long, 74" wingspan. The next model I make will likely be 80" wingspan.

Wish my learjet and eurofighter were there then you would have something to do.
