What are these two cuuntersunk hex screws for in my composit Kangaroo kit for ?

And does anyone know what it says on the extra update sheet which is in german only ?

I just saw your post the screws may be for your engin mount, also i am looking for 4 wood parts that make the engin mount for the 2 stroke engin, these parts come with the kit do you have them? if you do, would you mine getting rid of these parts
