EuroSport Bifurcated Pipe/Nozzles?
Hi,
Does anyone know where I can get a quality bifurcated pipe and nozzles for a Comp-ARF EuroSport in Europe?
Failing that I'd import from the US, in which case I guess Tam's the man??
Any pics of the pipes/nozzles from anywhere would be helpful!
Cheers,
Mark

RE: EuroSport Bifurcated Pipe/Nozzles?
I just recently purchased this kit (it was half built when I got it). It came with the bifurcated pipe and the stainless nozzles. I am new to turbines, and have a question on the motor position relative to the pipe entry.
I have the ArtesJet Super Eagle P120, where do you suggest I position the tail cone of the motor relative to the pipe?
Any other hints you might have on this plane would be appreciated.
My kit has the fiberglass intake ducts and air retracts w/brakes (I am using a separate tank for the brakes).
I am using
Being my first Jet, I was looking for something not too fast and fairly stable. I am a very experienced pilot, and used to complex airplanes. I have several twins, both electric and nitro.
Thanks in advance.
Andy

I am using Tams pipe and nozzels. They look great and work perfect. Slight performance loss, maybe 2-3 lbs of thrust. But the sound is more jet like especially on take off and full throttle fly-bys...

Hi Mark,
I have made nozzles on my Eurofighter also. But they are not so expensive. I have bought them from a company named Kramer Modellbau in Germany (http://www.turbodidi.de/). They cost about 70,-- Eur. If you make an E-Mail i think "Turbo Didi" will deliver them to England too.
But i have not build in a bifurcated pipe. I have a pipe which only get out on the right site of the nozzles. I didn`t get any problem with that. The Eurofighter fly`s very staight on a line even when you fly 90 degrees to the ground.
I have a turbine with 16 KG thrust. In the link you will see a photo of the nozzles (http://www.rc-network.de/forum/showthread.php?t=71931)
Best regards,
Karsten

Hi Mark !
I have used the so called "Big-Pipe" sold by orbit elctronic in Germany http://www.orbitronic.de
they also have some very nice exhaust nozzels specially made for the eurofighter.
Using the single big pipe means that you dont have any los in power, but you keep the scale appearance of the real one !
Sorry no pics anymore !
Best regards
Thomas

The sound was also fantastic. In fact, I'm gonna get another one. I also have the nozzles from Turbo Didi and they look pretty good.
