RCU locking up

All,
I've tried to post a few times,and got "web site not responding" message,or just lock up like RCOnline was towards the end.Is it just because too many users now?Just wondering.

RCU locking up

they had a note posted a few days ago in the "yellow area" about a problem, as well as new servers. it takes a bit to get it all worked out.
