Hi, I need to know the Maverick CG. Also do those huge tip tanks change the CG any? TIA, Scott

The Maverick CG should be on the front wing spar. I doubt that with or without wing tanks has any noticeable effect on the CG.

I concur. Got my Mav-Pro plans out and it shows it right on the forward mounting spar at 5.5 inches from leading edge with tanks empty and gear down. Ofcourse you can safely fly somewhat infront of and behind this location. I usually balance my BVM aircraft about .25 to.5 inches behind the reccomended location. I like the way they fly better when they are balanced a bit aft of location called for on the BVM plans but thats just me. Needless to say dont go crazy and go way aft.
