Trailer Graphics

I'm looking for some cool LARGE stickers to put on my new Wells Cargo Trailer. Any suggestions on where to buy them? I would like something with an F-86 or F-16 on it.
Thanks,
Andy

I would go down to a vinyl grafics sign shop and make up something like Andy's septic repair or similar. If you put alot of cool airplane stuff on it, it will more than likely get stolen or broken into. I know it sucks, but that's the world we live in now.

Having graphics on your trailer is really cool, BUT, it is a rolling billboard telling everyone you have model airplanes inside and possibly making it a target for thieves.
Just a thought.
If you do decide to put graphics on it, post a picture.
BTW, what size is the trailer?

Ask Gus Hudson from Sulphur Springs TX. He went to Tulsa with a new trailer with jets inside. Went home without anything. At least his gas mileage was better going home without the load.
That was about a year and a half ago and has not been found.

Ther was one jet trailer here on RCU signwritten:
Porta Potty Service, you dump, we pump!
I have absolutely nothing signwritten on mine, no I've been to Temora Jets stickers, no Jetpilot stickers, nothing.
Think stealth, try to stay under the radar! - John.

Also, you lock it to your car/truck, put a car alarm system on it (easy to do) and use one of these:

I don't think it will be going anywhere.

I have a trailer...I USED to have a bunch of RC stuff in it. The Trailer is white, no graphics, no indication of what might be in it. If you think a lock is going to keep your stuff safe, for get it.
For me, the trailer was a very false sense of security. I will no longer trust that my stuff (when I have stuff again) is safe and I will treat it as such. If you value your equipment, I would keep my eyes on it at all times.
When they hit me it was in a public place, 2 in the afternoon with people everywhere. It only takes a few seconds for them to get everything.
My advice, document everything you have with photos, park in a secure area, install a paging alarm, and most importantly...never let your guard down.

If you look you will see that they did not cut the lock, the cut the steel the lock goes through....in your picture I can clearly see some of the lock arm clearly exposed to the right of that box. They use cutters that cut through 1/2 in of steel with no effort. Believe me, they want in they are getting in, nothing you can do about it.

If I were you I would put all your graphics on the INSIDE of the trailer. Then you can display them at the field and Fly-ins, were the people who know them most wil enjoy them!!!

Couple of friends of mine got their cycles stolen while at the Sturgis Rally from their trailer.......new game in town......portable plasma cutters........they either cut the hasps apart if they want the back door open to get a bike out.....if they just want the smaller contents, they cut a 3-4 ft. opening in a side panel and climb in.......fast and quiet compared to grinding wheels......these guys operate out of a small box truck.....they have a nice quiet Honda Generator tucked in the back to power the torch......
Photos and movies describing everything, as well as a rider on the trailer contents if your home owner insurer will write one at a reasonable rate, is the best way to go, IMO......the rider is important, since if you put in a 10-15K claim on your straight homeowners, depending on where you live and your previous claim history, you could be dropped after the claim is settled......
Bad boys are everywhere......couple of days ago, here in quiet little Fond du Lac, dudes disabled the security system and broke into a warehouse housing the local T.V. and Appliance Dealers inventory.....made off with at least 50 plasma and LCD T.V., and escaped in the dealers own box trucks....found the trucks empty, 150 miles south on the north side of Chicago 8 hours later......

If I am not mistaken Gus's trailer didn't have any "stickers" on it!!! The way I see it I am advertizing I DON"T have a harley in the trailer.
I heard one time a biker put toy "airplane stickers" on his hauler to disguise his bike to keep it from getting stolen
