Regulators and servos question

Hi guys
I was replying on another thread and something came up....
I am planning to put the Futaba 3150 servo on both the ruders and ailerons of my F18 bird. This servo is recomended by Futaba, not to work at 6 volts.
I already have the Weatronics receiver that as a 6 volt regulator. The Power box as a 5,9 volt regulator and there are some jet guys flying both with the 3150 and the Power box setup with no problems.
I guess Futaba is worried about a fully charged 6 volt pack that can reach more than 7 volts. This is how i see it, but just want to have some peace of mind about that and any inputs are appreciated.
Should I be worried and look for another servos?
Thanks
Nuno

That really annoyed me when I was looking at servos for my F-15. Everytime I found one with the right torque, it was not recommended to be driven at 6.0 volts. If you already have the servos, maybe an email to Futaba tech support would give you the answer you were hoping for.

Thanks Marty
Already did that, but all I got was an automatic reply. It seems my guess is right bu want to be sure about it. I know about several guys that use the Futaba3150 with the Power Box that as a built in voltage regulator of 5,9V, but still it would be nice to have some inputs to give me peace of mind.
