Default Aviation Design F 16 problem

Have about 10 flights on my f-16 and have had to stragiten the rotating pin on top on the Air Magic retract twice in 10 flights......metal seems very soft and can be bent back but??? .....has any one else had the same problem...........?

working on the landing problem...........wondering if anyone has tried a fix ....such as machining a rotating pin with harder metal??

I have 30+ landings on a set in my AD F-16 and have not seen this problem.

Default Aviation Design F 16 problem

Hello.

I had the same problem with the same type of retracts on my Aviation Design 1/7 Rafale. But in my case I had it silver soldered, and the metal was hardened in that process. Now it works allright.
