Can't Decide...

Hey,
I can't decide between the new SM 1/6th F-16 Falcon and the F-4. I love both planes. I'm hoping some of you guys who've assembled them can chime in with your cheers and/or jeers. I've got engines and equipment for either, so that's not a factor, but just when I think I've settled on one airframe, the other one keeps poking! Little help?

LOL,
Yeah, that's what my stepdad used to always say! He drove them beasts back in the day. Does it matter that I'm just a dealer and not a Rep?
Oh, what's the difference anymore, right? Okay, so one vote for the Phantom!

In my mind there is no doubt - I own the 1/6 F-16 and I want the F-4, but always, even from experience, will place the F-16 first,
it'a great plane, flies great. looks the part and just is a joy to own - start with the F-16 and go for the F4 later!!!

I'm with Buck,
Get the Rhino. I have a 1/6th F-16 coming for a customer in the Tiger Meet scheme. Haven't seen it yet, so I can't say how it assembles. The F-4 has been here for a while. Fitting a new chute system, operating canopies and a full lighting pkg. to it. Should make it stand out in a crowd. Good luck choosing.

Hi Dave,
Yes, the F-4 will be on the website when it's finished. It's an ARF plus, so it already had a paint job when I got it. It's the Jolly Roger scheme. I would rather have it in Camo, but the JR looks pretty nice. I'm adding a bunch of scale stuff to it, along with a dirtier weathering job. It'll be for sale when it's done. By the way, I have a supplier for the quick disconnects you were asking about. Send me an e-mail to reply to and I'll send the info to you. [email protected]

Hi Joe,
I'm working on sets for the BVM F-4 right now for Billy Harrod and Patrick Frost. I should have everything finished in the next week or so. Waiting on some video of Steve Unze's F-4. He's been testing the Autochute II unit and it's worked out great in his Phantom. All the info will be up on the website when the parts are completed.
