anyone else having trouble hearing back from skymaster this past week?.
i wired $$$ that shows reaching his bank and have sent 3 e-mails with no response . i've been trying to be patient , but a week is long enough!
this is my first skymaster buying experience

You're not alone - I've been trying to get some resolution on a cockpit that was received damaged last week . . .

It sometimes takes a couple days, but I have always had great service from Anton. I heard from him two days ago about an order of mine.

great comunication is what builds a great retail company .
one week w/ no response is not a great way to foster that warm fuzzy feeling , especially when you wire thousands to a taiwan bank and are left in the dark .
they build a great product and i have hyped them on this forum but i want replies and my product .
this is why bvm is so sucessfull, you get the product AND SERVICE YOU PAY FOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. and someone will always answer the phone!

If you go back and read the old posts on this subject,you will see that Anton always ships the plane and it is usually 3 weeks from when he receives the money untill you get the plane.I don't believe anyone has been left without the product they paid for.Doesn't he accept credit cards now??

i don't doubt i will get the plane - but the no e-mail response and the lack of a shipping date - makes me see PURPLE!

I had an email from Anton on Friday.

I had a similar experience with a different company. I tried every avenue possible to make contact and waited 2 weeks before getting a response. I was getting frustrated and seeing purple too, but once contact was made, everything was resolved and is fine now.

Sometimes it takes a little patience.......more than we are willing to provide sometimes.....

Anton is good people, never hear any wrong doing with him.

I have always had quick e-mails with him and he ships fast.

One week after sending the money I send an email for tracking#...., came home the next day to find the jet arrived in perfect condition......, keep in mind shipping is unpredictable.

True - shipping certainly can be unpredictable - but that doesn't mean that simple customer service tasks (like responding to email from actual customers) should be equally unpredictable.

Also true, you re right, even a small email is always reassuring.

Sporadic or unpredictable replies to big (or small) issues is not good. Otoh, the jet itself arrived less than 48 hours after I paid for it!

Well looks that this is the new way of do buissness. My plane had departed China 3 times allready. The truth is that still on China because no kit from that bacth passed QC. I think is better to wait for a well inspected model than for a pice of crap. In the other hand I sent a MO, Express mail to a comp in Cal. for two new WEA reicever. The guy at the phone told me that he recived the money and he will ship my two rx. "Yes I can send you the tracking number rigth away", he said. Guess what? Still waiting for that track number. And no answer to email neither. Anton is not alone doing this.

only looking for responses to e-mails and i sent 3 over a 9 day period (incuding weekends) which allows for the time zone differences.i am sure the kit will ship eventually - but then again this model is going to topgun and everyday matters - i am on a countdown schedule. so being in the dark really is frustrating and a good deal is only good if the whole experience is good !!!!!!!!!!

Interestingly enough...I emailed Anton last night about needing a part for my F-16 and within probably 30 minutes, both Anton and Vicky responded...taking care of the question I had.

guess i will sit and wAIT AND FEEL BLESSED IF I FINALLY GET A RESPONSE OR MY PRODUCT .
