anyone else having trouble hearing back from skymaster this past week?.
i wired $$$ that shows reaching his bank and have sent 3 e-mails with no response . i've been trying to be patient , but a week is long enough!
this is my first skymaster buying experience

great comunication is what builds a great retail company .
one week w/ no response is not a great way to foster that warm fuzzy feeling , especially when you wire thousands to a taiwan bank and are left in the dark .
they build a great product and i have hyped them on this forum but i want replies and my product .
this is why bvm is so sucessfull, you get the product AND SERVICE YOU PAY FOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. and someone will always answer the phone!

If you go back and read the old posts on this subject,you will see that Anton always ships the plane and it is usually 3 weeks from when he receives the money untill you get the plane.I don't believe anyone has been left without the product they paid for.Doesn't he accept credit cards now??

I had an email from Anton on Friday.
I had a similar experience with a different company. I tried every avenue possible to make contact and waited 2 weeks before getting a response. I was getting frustrated and seeing purple too, but once contact was made, everything was resolved and is fine now.
Sometimes it takes a little patience.......more than we are willing to provide sometimes.....

Well looks that this is the new way of do buissness. My plane had departed China 3 times allready. The truth is that still on China because no kit from that bacth passed QC. I think is better to wait for a well inspected model than for a pice of crap. In the other hand I sent a MO, Express mail to a comp in Cal. for two new WEA reicever. The guy at the phone told me that he recived the money and he will ship my two rx. "Yes I can send you the tracking number rigth away", he said. Guess what? Still waiting for that track number. And no answer to email neither. Anton is not alone doing this.

only looking for responses to e-mails and i sent 3 over a 9 day period (incuding weekends) which allows for the time zone differences.i am sure the kit will ship eventually - but then again this model is going to topgun and everyday matters - i am on a countdown schedule. so being in the dark really is frustrating and a good deal is only good if the whole experience is good !!!!!!!!!!

i used to get those fast responses also - untill i wired my $$$$$$$$$$$.
guess i will sit and wAIT AND FEEL BLESSED IF I FINALLY GET A RESPONSE OR MY PRODUCT .
the price i have to pay for jumping off the purple bandwagon
