That aircraft has been "out" for quite some time and its never flown. As far as I've heard, that project is not currently ongoing...

it actually pre dates the eurofighter in terms of design

the MFI is old news ,,and yes it has flown i think the last flight was early 2000 it was canceled due to its cost

Would be interesting to build one if any plans were really available...
