I have an old a-4 also, I could let you borrow the plans and destruction book if you promise to return them!, I can send them to you and you can get copies made and send mine back if you like. One note on the old style, if the fan mounts are not glued in yet be very careful in this as the plans and the instructions give two measurements, the book was wrong if I remember correct(3/8'') difference, of coarse, I did not realize this until everything was epoxied/glassed in place!
