Week two of the desert roo:
1. First flight, engine stall out on taxi out.
2. Second try, smooth takeoff followed by aprox. 3 minutes of smooth flying and a engine out landing, whats up?, last week the ram 1k ran like a clock, I removed an additional fuel filter and reinstalled my bvm uat at a 45deg. angle but this should not have changed anything.
3. Next two failed glow plugs and the engine was only burning the propane, would not light the kero., next found the egt probe out of the exhaust, problems solved, she lit off and ran great so we (Rick, Addison and myself) closed it up, taxi out great, power applied, two wing tip ground check (steering very effective) back pressure followed by rotation and flame out.
4. Smooth four bounce landing , another bad glow plug and no idea.
5. A quick stop by the hobby shop for 2 #8 os plugs. At home ran on dining room table ,( I moved it out to the driveway)
Full power no problem, idle for ever no problem, full to half to idle and back , two full tanks including shaking , simulated takeoff and landings does not miss a beat.
6. After shut down found one leaky inline filter, nothing else. Any ideas? Oh yes, today at the feild the egt's were in the 300-390 range, at home 450 to 550

It sounds like you need to adjust the glow plug voltage to stop burning up plugs. I had a Ram do the same thing to me after adjusting the plug I had no further problems.
Slow the Roo down before landing to help with your bounce.
