Skymaster F14 Tomcat

RE: Skymaster F14 Tomcat
Hi Anton
Will your F14 use the same construction methods as the F104? i.e. the use of Airex etc... the F104 seems light for its size and appears to fly well so it would be good if the F14 could be kept light as well

RE: Skymaster F14 Tomcat
Hi Anton,
Looks great! Will the wings have functional full-span segmented flaps, slats, and spoilers for additional roll control and lift? Will the backend of the fuselage have speedbrakes?

RE: Skymaster F14 Tomcat
Anton, in ons word.......... wow!!!!!!
now I didn't get an answer to my question if it's goint to be the -D version?
from the looks of the chin-pod i'd say no, because the D had a double pod.... also from the looks of the gun gas discharge system i'd say A or B.....
can you give some more info on this?
also, looks like you changed the hatch on the back, to resemble the original? (two seperate hatches over the wing instead with the back 'spine' of the plane intact?
from the looks of it, I think I will be saving money a bit longer than anticipated......... any idea on the price range yet?
keep up the good work!!

F-14D from the Pacific Aviation Museum on Ford Island Pearl Harbor HI. I took a lot of photos of this cat earlier this week.
Here is a close up of the F-14D gun gas exhaust vents and details.
You can see there are a few NACA intake ducts and exhaust vents associated to the cannon system.
