Default Problem with jet maufacturer.

Hello to all,
I also listed this post in some other forums. Hopefully someone can give me some feedback. My question is regarding a jet company. Has anyone had any experiences with RC Jets out of Canada. I ordered a starter wand from this company and it has almost been a year now that it has never been shipped out, nor were they any good at contacting me about the matter. It may not be much, but $50.00 dollars is quite a bit for a stick to start engines. I had even ask kindly many a time for a refund and never received one. What does someone have to do to get some results with these people?
Any input would be appreciated.

You will better off asking someone here on RCU to see if they got what you are looking for, sounds like you need D/F stuff I'm sure someone has it here as many of us have move into jets for good and s'sill have D/F stuff laying around that you could use.

Good luck.

If the company has a website, it would be helpful if you posted the link.
