Boomerang Question
Hey Guys,
I'm helping a friend assemble a Boomerang and the first thing I've noticed right off the bat is that the mating of the center wing section to the saddle on the fuselage is less than perfect. There is anything from a 1/16th to 1/8th inch varying gap all along the saddle on both sides. The manual states that this joint needs to be glued when the wing is bolted on, and is the most critical glue joint on the plane, so my question is what have those of you who have this jet done to fix the problem (if indeed you had the same problem)?
Thanks!

RE: Boomerang Question
Mine fit pretty well, but had a small gap here and there. Be sure to remove the covering in the middle, and then I laid some glass cloth along the edges. Many flights and no problems. Bob
