Default Jetlegend has anybody heard from them lately????

Hi Guys,
Just a quick question.
Has anybody heard from Jetlegend lately?
They do not appear to be responding to any E-Mails.
If they are having technical difficulties, please advise through this post.
I am waiting for a Camo L39 & would like to know what is happening.
Thank you for any assistance.

Hi-
We had an email from Yang at Jet Legend today. Apparently they have been very busy in production lately to meet an increased amount of orders, not least for their big L-39.

I talked to Mr. Yang today. They are very, very busy now. They had just finished my 2 L39s. I am going to their factory to pick them up this weekend. Due to my work requirement, I was forced to be in China all the time. It turns out to be a godsend opportunity for my jet collections.

I was in the same boat recently, awaiting a replacement wing, with no communications. The wing showed up as it was supposed to and right on time as expected. I think they are changing up the way they are doing business as well, which might explaing the lack of frequent communications, but they're still delivering the goods, just not the "attention" we're used to getting. When you're buying from overseas like this, you're not buying Americanized/Europeanized support.

Possible language barrier, You know, Who knows who is running the Office. English may not be required.[]

Hello,
They are very, very busy now
That might be right.
He got a big order from me.
We hope (my friends and I) to have the jets under the christmas tree.

Thank you all for the information posted.
It is just frustrating when waiting without hearing anything, especially when the plane was due to arrive a week or so ago.
It is a shame when what appears to be a very good product can be let down so easily by a simple lack of communication.
Especially in this computer age where at the touch of a button you can be in contact with the rest of the world. ( even accross time zones )
Proven by the response you get from this forum.
I am looking forward to receiving my L39, I just hope it will come shortly.
All the very best,
John C

John,

Don't worry, he is still alive. I sent him a few weeks back an e-mail with a photo of Batman and his floozy, and he replied : "I like the front one".
Judging by the fact this is and was the only communication we ever had, I would say he is still there somewhere, he's definitely a male person, and very busy indeed as far as I can guess. LOL

Nicolas.

Well like everyone says, it is the computor age and "busy is.... as busy does" or something Forest Gummpy like that.
Jet Legends has a good product but sending out your money with little or no responce, it is definitely making me want to go to another mfg for my next Jet. (Currently flying F-15 and T-45) Any of you dealers know when the 1/6th F-16 will be out? He has my $ for it!
Sure would like to fly it at Florida Jets this year, but we are running out of time to make that happen.

I have sent Jet legend a number of emails regarding problems with air cylinders on the 1/8th scale F16 I bought from them, I have yet to get any response.
In the past they gave excellent service, now it is terrible, even their agents cannot get contact with them..
Anton of Skymaster has been able to help with air cylinders, hopefully they will fit. If not, I have a jet that flies with the u/c down.
In future, my modelling cash will be sent elsewhere.
