Default Buck Yeahbaby's new ride

Several of us headed down (or up) to Waco again this weekend. The weather was not bad for December, maybe 80 degrees? [8D] And Mister Buck put the first flights on his Bobcat. The model appeared to be built very nicely, and Buck flew it like he had 50 flights on it. [8D] Here's a couple pics of the day.

A couple more pics from the day. This is the best this little camera will do. It must be like 3 kilopixels, or something! Dawn's jet taking the runway, and Bob-O's Boomer cooling down with the Heat Sucker (tm).

As usual we had a great day in Waco. Buck, the Bobcat flew like it was on rails. The P60 really pushed it around quite well in the air. Buck was so thrilled with the Bobcat that he said he would buy dinner this evening for everyone but when it came time to pay the bill, Buck had to go to the bathroom.[X(]

BTW, this is an original BC XL

John, after today, do you think Linda will come back?

Hopefully I'm going flying tomorrow weather permitting.

I like that paint job Buck. Looks good. Wish I was there but I am working this weekend for some extra JET money. I am hopeing to get my Super Hornet soon but I need to get some more flights on the T-45. I got the airbrakes done so I am waiting to get some time on it..

Talk to you later

Nice little ride! I bet that antenna wasn't the only thing pointing up when you got finished with the maiden.

Buck - that sure looks good in those colors - congratulations!
I have just tested my new afterburner system on the F-16 and
waiting for the FB Panther to arrive - not much flying here these
days!

I'll be coming back to SD next fall, hope to meet you and Barry again!

Buck,
take a look at the "afterburner effect" thread - you will find the pictures there!

Hi Buck,
The plane and your flying site look great! That part of the country is great for flying jets for sure. Not up here. I'm glad it all went well for the 1st time out. That Bobcat was my 2nd jet, I had a Hotspot 1st.

Take care.

Wayne...

Bob-O, I am sure Linda will be back, the other gril I went to school with was going to come out but could not make it at the last minute. If she looks like she did in school, so says Linda, then she is as pertty as Linda.[8D]
