I screwed up the ECU, called and said I needed to fly the next weekened, Bob and chris sent me in 2 days there test ECU and ask that I send back mine for repair, I received back my ECU in 7 days and sent the Test ECU back. I think we can all agree that JetCat has had good service, but I would like to point out there have been some time issues/ turn around issues that have been mentioned before. Some of us have had some of these issues ourselves, but I wanted to point out how even BETTER jetcat's service has become!

For example from my experience running Tamjets.
1. Waiting for parts coming from vendor.
2. Work over load during busy month.
3. Employees take sick leave or vacation.
4. Moving
List can go on
All this is in a reasonable business operation.
Hey, if you want thing to be done yesterday and the service can be done in your request.
But there is a OT charge. Are anyone going to paid for that extra service? I don't think so.
So give vendor a break somtime about turn around time.
I'm pretty sure me, Jetcat and some others vendor doing their best.

Tam, my point exactly. They have issues, I have issues, everyone's got issues. But reasonable people come to reasonable conclusions. That is why kudos is due where kudos is due!
Everyone can say that Bob is very approachable and a super nice guy willing to answer any engine question, anytime! I've never seen him fly at a jet meet 'cause he's just helping folks all the time. I know he can't run JetCat all by himself so he has to do get the best people he can.
Everyone deserves a new Titan for christmas! Call Bob up and get yourself one!

RE: Since everyone else is doing it! Kudos to JetCat.
well let me join in fella's. i own a p60, p70, p120, 2x titan, never had a flame out. mucho flights, only one in for service ever, rpm sensor and software upgrade. 23 hours on her at the time, so no complaints. and something else i see, jetcats are easy to sale if you want to go up or down in size, and the resale value is pretty good compared to other brands. may have to do with the confidence that jetcat is here to stay. but let me add, i own a pst2300 and she is a beaut of a turbine and before her i had a 600r. the 2300 is new and i have not started her yet, but the 600r ran flawlessly after i calibrated her to my tx. i actually forgot to do that step and put 2 flights on the model, but i was having flame outs on takeoffs occasionally. i went back and double checked my set up with my trusty bud chuck c and we or mainly i missed that step. got her calibrated and she never missed a step after that. so i am brand loyal to jetcats and pst, and both are very ethical in their business practice. barry
