Voltage???

What is the lowest "safe" voltage you guys will run. I run a 2900 li on a 5.6 reg on a spectum and a 4300 li on my wren 54ss.

7.0 - 7.2 for lithium polymer. A123 cells, you really can't use voltage to determine the cut-off.
