Kangaroo new spar install question

I just installed my wings for the first time and have jammed the wings as far as I can jam them without breaking something. I'm still 5/8 an inch out on one wing. My gut is telling me to cut the spar down 5/8 and run with it, however, I'm new to this type of jet and thought better to ask the guys with experiance. This is a brand new spar I bought from Planes Plus, not the spar that came with the plane as I'm second owner, and the spar did not come in the box. Thanks in advance.

there you go...................that gives you a little over 3/4 '' into that main former which is all you need and some.........a dowel would be nice too........some say do it no matter what your flight plans are but i say do so the dam thing doesnt bend if you drop it...it happened to me
