Hi Grant,

Merry Christmas to you all.

Yes, there is a Comp- ARTF Lightning Build thread here on RCU.

You may be able to get some help there.

Hi Thomas,
been thru the build thread, some good pics of installs, but nothing regarding the postion of Jet Tronics sequencer install, re the plumbing and valves. Just trying to get ideas where to place them, and have a tidy set up. Intairco retracts, Jet Cat SE 160 , PowerBox 40/24 Champion, 3/ Duralites 4300 for power, 2.4 JR AR9000 Rx Digital JR servos 8511 on control surfaces , Hitec for for steering. Jet Cat smoke pump.
cheers Grant

Here's some pics of my install with my own tray. Plumbing is pretty straight forward if you just think it thru & colored air lines help. I have one large tank in the nose for the retracts & doors and a separate smaller tank for brakes. I use the sequencer so the doors shut when the gear is down mainly to keep grass out. No pic, but I have 3 Duralite Ni-MN batteries on a tray far out in the nose. The tray is mounted to the front fuselage former that I beefed up. Putting all that weight in just the nose cone and no support will crack it off on a hard landing. I'm using a Powerbox sensor switch for RX batts with JR 8611's on everything. Power is a Jetcat Titan with Tam's pipe.

If you are using the upgraded Robart main gear door actuators, you need to make a block to prevent the door rods from going over-center. In the pic, see the block above the mid-span of my actuator rod.
