Can anyone give me any information about TopGunAircraft? I know the company is more or less shut down but their phone number still works and they are still selling replacement parts for their kits.
The problem is that I ordered a set of replacement foam core wings for my TGA F-15 Ealgle II about One month ago from Steve Grey and was told by him that they would ship in a few days but they have not. I called about Three or Four times to ask what the delay was and when they would ship and was told that they are backed up and that they would ship in a couple days or at the end of the week.
Steve seemed like a real stand up guy shared a bit of great information about his business and new ventures with it so I had no problem giving him my credit card information.
Can anyone else give me anything good or bad so I know if I need to look elsewhere for my parts?
Thanks for any help, Marco.

My Feedback: (101)
Top Guns customer service has never been their strong suit. When I ordered my kit some yrs ago, it took them about 4 monthsto get it shipped to me. I heard the same stories and excuses you did to. sounds like business as usual. I got the Mig 29 form them. Pics in my gallery

Thanks for the info Rambro. I was starting to think that maybe I said something to make him mad. I hope it does not take Three more months to get the wings to me.
Ill call again on Monday.
Ps. great looking gallery. Your Mig looks great and if your Byron P-51 needs a home I am looking to adopt one.
Thanks again, Marco.

Just an update. I called Steve Grey at TGA, again. He told me that it would be another Three to Four weeks before he can ship out my order for the wings. Needless to say I cancelled my order. I would rather scrap my entire jet than support a company that cant support it customers. I am sure that TopGun sold a fair amount of their kits and although they made a great product their customer support sucks, plain and simple!
I hate to bash anyone but it sucks when a guy cant take a few minutes to box up a set of cores and ship em out. I am sure the shipping companies still stop by his house to pick up his turbine kits and other stuff that he is producing so why cant he send em out?...
Anyway, just had to blow off some steam. Sorry guys.
Marco.
