Hi, I have a bob parkinson's jet. It has twin tanks in wings. It keeps flooding the carb. Could I use a hopper tank to solve this problem?

If the tanks are above the carb, it will cause the flooding. A hopper tank may help if you put it slightly below the carb. You may have to use some kind of regulator.
