JET CENTRAL SAVED ME BIG $!
I called Eric Clap yesterday afternoon in hopes of receiving a little ECU parameter help and was surprized that he answered his phone (I was prepared to leave a message and deal with it on Monday). He kindly walked me thru the adjustments to remedy the situation and then said, "There you go, if you have further questions, don't call me tomorrow or I'll be in BIG trouble and it will cost me! I asked why and he said, "Because it's Mother's Day! I had (as men probably do all too often) forgotten. Thanks for the reminder Eric - you saved me big time!

Yep Eric actually helped me while at his son's Graduation. I'm still having problems but he helped me get off the ground at the rally. Thanks, Eric. Still need to work out that issue though.

Yes , Thats the service you get with Jet Artes/Jet Central. I recently had a starting problem , I called Eric from the flying field ,and Eric had Felipe from the factory on a 3 way phone call with me , and all this was on a Sunday afternoon!!! Great Service, great product. My Falcon is flying awesome in my new Elan. Jack.
