I drooled a bit on this one myself on first look!

What do you guys think - 2 P-60's or other 14 pounders? Maybe two TAM TJ-100/EVF's/Shubies?

My BAe-146 might need a stable mate

TEASE!

Every once in awhile I ponder building an airliner...AIRBUS of course. But then I think about the scale flight......Taxi out for 45 minutes, wait at the end of the runway to go, takeoff, make one or two turns, climb, fly straight and level until 80% of the fuel is gone, enter a holding pattern, hold until down to 15% of the fuel is left, land and taxi back single engine....... It would be cool to see more of this type at the field though.

Tailwinds,

John

Who are you kidding Nick, It was most likely on fire or had some problem, and a fuel saving resulted .. Heard that they only keep Fred airlines operational because it employs half the AF....... Broke down somewhere..............................(Forgot who said that

Well it looks like you guys will take up the whole r/c airliner market if you start producing it, and you got a fair bit of interest!

What scale is it, looks bigger then 1:16th airliner models produced by Norbert Rouch models. Some specs on this model will be great to know.

B757 is not one of my aircrafts in reality, i didn't liked working on it but as a model i could make some exceptions...

Here is my B727-200 model kit by old Kranz models, Kranz have been out of business for many many years now.

Thanks for all the interest on the 757. It is scratch built and one of only 2 made. The first one flew a few years back on OS 91's and Ramtec fans. It is 12' long and built from scale drawings. The first flight was perfect. Long run up, nose up and easy lift off. Flight was rock solid and landing was a breeze! The one pictured has not flown yet, and frankly, I was going to sell it (we are now a Skymaster dealer here in California and it is taking up most of my time) but now with all the interest I might have to put some power to it. I don't have the weight, but it is really light for it's size and would be a great Turbine OR electric!
The A-10 will come in two versions. Turbine (P-60's) and electric. This is the first one and the wing is a built up version. We hope to have these available as a kit with a composite wing in the next couple of months. This A-10 is the perfect size!! Even Jeff at Skymaster drooled over it! Yes, we promised him the first one!
Thanks again for the interest and I hope this answered a few of your questions.

Great job on the 757[sm=thumbs_up.gif]
I think you need to send it to skymaster, so they can make some molds from it, and make it an ARF
