is this the cockpit guy in champaign. if so, word is he got locked out of his shop by his landlord. my friends have some pricey items currently locked away. i hope it gets worked out. barry

What's the reason for asking? He has just e mailed me photographs of the Tucano cockpit that i am interested in. I have replied with this page and asked him to explain before I commit to buy........

Sorry to bring this up

i ordered 2 cockpits from michael hicks

first one came in about a month

since then it has been now 6 months to get the second one done.
i only get exuses over email
hospital , worker problems etc etc.
Michael if you are reading this , i have been patient enought , now youdo not even reply on my emails anymore..
to bad you make fantastic products..
can you just payback by paypal? , i can not cancel the payment anymore since it has been to long

allot like this thread, it'll pop up, he'll see it or someone will tell him about it, he'll get the complainers cockpit finished up and rushed out, they'll come back and say how wonderful the cockpit is and 6 months later up pops the next complaint thread and the process cycles........

still you have to admit the work is perfect..

well well well, i just got a 'friendly' little email from Mr Hicks about my above post on this topic, while i admit i can be abrasive at times, i didn't think this was one of them

it now appears .... no more cockpits to direct customers

Guys, I don't know what happened but, I orderd mine through Camlex,
and didn't have any problems at all.My cockpit was home in 4 weeks.
and he did a superb job. For anything like that i talk to Monica directly.
