Graupner have silver lables on it's JR servos (though it also says Graupner/JR)
Generally there is only one type, but JR even give different numbers to different servos so that they know which part of the world it came from. the 8411 is called an 8425 in Japan!

I think there is more to it than just a black and white picture!

And it does say DS8411 on the sticker.
Any ideas what the differnce couldt be?

The 1st photos look like they were just cropped from the exact same photo, and one was saved in B/W. Look at the intersections of tangencies on the servo body, and screw head orientation for example...
Next, this picture is just probably playing a trick on your eyes. The bottom servo is likely just showing more reflection or shadow and hiding the gold tint a bit.
I don’t think there’s much of a story here. It’s the same servo.....
