Default Idaho Jets

Al Culver (Idaho Jets CD-and having some PC problems), called me today and asked if I would remind everyone about Idaho Jets, taking place June 6, 7, and 8 in Parma, Idaho (NW of Boise). This has been, historically, a small event but with lots of flying and comradie for everyone. The site has a beautiful runway without noise or altitude restrictions, and inexpensive accomodations close to the field. RV parking (no hook-ups) is welcome. More info can be obtained from Al at 208-482-7356. Please come and join us for a weekend of fun in the sun.

Hi Chris - I plan to be at Idaho Jets with my new Elan. I have 32 flights on it now, which is not bad considering the awful weather we had here in the Seattle area this winter. Maybe you and I can do an Elan fly together? By the way, the friend I'm bringing with me is also named Carol!!

The wife and I will be driving down directly from the Spring Princeton, BC jet event. Two events, back to back; can't get any better than that. I wish the diesel fuel was a little cheaper. We may not be able to do much traveling to away events if it gets to $5 a gal. or more. See you all in Parma.

Bob and Roy,

It'll be good to see and fly with you again.

Gwyl,

I'll ask Al Culver to post a map or directions to the site. PM on the way.

Do they fly Reaction-54's also? If they do we should have about eight of them at this event.

SDCrashmaster - you gave me a great laugh with your line about Ted and Alice!!! I don't know how well you know Chris B., but his wife's name is Carol, and I'm bringing a friend this year and her name happens to be Carol also.

Again - thanks for the laugh.

Jet meets are always fun, especially the ones where flyin' is the main attraction!

Hi Chris,

Just to let you know, I am planning to attend the Idaho Jet Event with my BobCat. Will be camping at the field with our 5th Wheel. Plan to arrive Friday afternoon.

Hey Bob, you have 32 flights already with the Elan? Wow! If you are on Whidbey this weekend let me know. I will be up there sans BobCat.
