You mean this one?
Call Jet Hangar and ask Larry to sell you a basic ARF, if you don't mind building it without an instruction manual. You will need to buy Robart Retracts, BVM 2.25" wheels and brake in addition to what JHI is offering.
A few of us are doing that already.

F86 is easier to fly than the A7. It lands slow and flies nice and scale with Wren 44 electric (7lbs) and will go unlimited vertical with a P60. It's just a very easy bird to fly. However, it's not as scale as the A7. It's more of a sport scale. No gear doors, I just put all standard servos JR821 on all control surface. The thing I don't like about this one is the long push rod used for the elevator. It gives a little of spongy feel to the elevators, but it does not affect the flight performance. You can stiffen it up by adding small balsa formers along the elevator push rod. If you are looking for very good scale details then go for A7, but if you are looking for a weekend fun flying, then go for F86.
The one I have is a FJ2 Navy version. I prefer the bright Orange/white paint scheme 'cause this is a small bird. Nice cool thing is the one-wing composite design. I land hard because I fly off small short roads. Well, it's a Fury, designed for short T.O. and Landing.

Here are a couple of pics of mine. Larry sold me a kit minus the manual. He did include a set of plans for the kit version, which is helpful. The finish on the airplane was a bit flat for me, so I had my painter, Mr. Joey Tamez shoot a coat of PPG clear on mine. The kit is pretty simple, and an easy build. I replaced all of the hardware that comes with the kit. I plan on a P-60 in mine. I am using the JHH retracts and saddle tanks, BV wheels and brakes, Robart struts and a Tam Tailpipe.

Gear doors would be a little work on the mains, but very easy on the nose. Mike I have the center tank also. You will pay $995 for the ARF from Larry. Same price as the A-7. The kit is complete minus the manual.
