Goshawk Fighter
IDF, abbreviated from indigenous defence fighter,the new generational fighter to replace the old F-104 & F-5E,is developed by Aero Industry Developemnt center(AIDC) in Taiwan under USA assistance.Its maiden flight was performed on Dec.10,1988,was name as “Ching-Kuo” in memory of the former president “Chiang Ching-Kuo”.After 20 years service,the airforce of Taiwan decided to advance its avionics equipment and radar recently,and gave it a new name”Goshawk”.

Yes! The United States have some degree of assist in the design, because of the restrictions on engine thrust the United States, Goshawk Fighter can only be a light Fighter.

Very good! They are good brothers, The US Navy's T-45 Goshawk and the ROC AIR FORCE Goshawk Fighter with the eagle in the air show.

Sorry! This is the home studio built JET Model fighter! Only a small number of production.

After about half year building,I finally finished my single-seat Goshawk fighter maiden flight.It flied so smoothly and the Behotec JB-180 supply the very powerful thrust.I usually use about 80% power to make most maneuvers,even the loop. The functional canapy compled my dream of scale model -put the movable pilot figure in & out the cockpit and make any posture!
