Default Fadec ECU Question?

I recently converted a Wren 54 to a Fadec autostart ECU. Can you prime the fuel pump with an autostart ECU? If so, how do you do it? I was able to prime my manual start ECU by moving the stick to full throttle.

Thanks for any help.

Hal

Depending on the version, there is now a menu item for pump, I think it's in the run menu, but not sure, just go through the items. Let me know what you find.

Place the trim down and raise the thottle stick all the way up and wat a few seconds, the pump will prime.
This is what my SS manual says.

Agree with Freakster, SS manual says trim full down or activate the throttle cut, whichever is appropriate to your setup, and open throttle to full for 5 seconds to start the pump.

Thanks for the help. Mine must be an older version because it is not in the menu. I purchased the ECU about a month ago. Could I update the software so it would be in the menu?

Not many can do that from home. Follow post 3 above, and if that does not work, push the up arrow once and try post 3 again.
