I wanted to let all the jet guys know, that posted the bro code, you know who you are! Kevin upheld the code today and has offered to replace the BVM Bandit arf. I have accepted, and that closes the bro code issue at least here in AZ. All the rest has been forgiven.Thanks for all that have posted. I will let you know when the new kit arrives.

Ron glad to hear Kevin has stepped up and did what was right. I don't know how this equals out in what you are owed, but something is better then nothing and if you are satisfied, then we are all happy.
Kevin, good job in doing what was right and making an effort to rectify a bad situation between bro's. If Ron is happy then so am I, so here ends any blasting from me on this issue. You have just stepped up a notch in my book, it takes a lot of gusto to do what you did.

Aw crap. Now that this soap opera is over, I'll have to go back to "Days of our Lives" or something[&o].

Actually, it's pretty cool you guys came to settle this. There's nothing worse than going to the field to enjoy this great hobby and having someone there that you have issues with. That really ruins the experience. Hope it all works out.

Wanted to post a update. Bvm has confirmed the the Arf Bandit has shipped. It will be here monday 9-15-08. Kevin has held up his end of the bargan. Thanks again for resolving this issue.

Ok Guys just wanted to let you know. I took delivery of my new BVM Bandit ARF Hi Viz Navy, from Kevin today. Plane looks great. I look forward to many great flights.

Now I just wanted to point out that I did see this under repair and it looks like it might fly again! lets hope the third time is a charm. Good luck Kevin. I am retiring that pic from this day forward.
