And the Tamiya type connections on the fuel pump are a sure sign of the quality to expect

I think you will find that they are using mostly MPX connector and the Tamiya connector may be for the battery.

This motor looks just like my JG100. The tail cone is different but the front end is a dead ringer. Wonder if they picked up an old kit and copied it?

The 120 is US$2890 plus shipping.
We will be getting one in the next month to pull apart and examine the quality and test run.
Currenlty we are the exclusive dealer for Australia for these engines..

Why would anyone possibly buy one of these engines, from a totally unknown source, the quality of which is unknown to the dealer, by his own admission, when one can buy a PST 1300R engine, of immaculate quality, performance a and reliability from a company of long standing and with an excellent reputation, for $5 LESS, AND which produces more thrust with a lower SFC ? (same fuel burn, 11.3 oz/min but for 28.7 pounds of thrust)

Or am I missing something here ?????

Regards, David Gladwin.

Oh yes, Sandor, PST includes a very good manual too, but then Kraivuth does fly 777s and knows what a good (Boeing) manual looks like ! Hard copy AND CD.

Yes, I know I pressurised JetCat into producing, at last a decent manual, 'bout time too ! Don't knock it mate !

David,
Currenlty we are going to review them and offer an opinion based on our findings. As to if we offer them for sale in the end, will depend on our findings.
In the mean time we will concentrate on our primary choice of turbine Jet Central. Offers everything PST does with better quality, faster acceleration and with a lifetime warranty.

Regards,
Rob

There is a fearsome looking compressor wheel in the gallery section of the website.
I wonder what's if from/for ? A truck ?

I am back in Taiwan now, my wife is Taiwanese so I will get her to give them a bell and see what this is all about.

The web site is 'so so' some parts work some don't, which is not a good start.

But the turbines look tasty with interesting performance figures, I will be interested in knowing the detailed specs and how they balance these beasties.

As soon as I hear anything, so will you guys.

Regards,

Will
