The wind was tough, but it was mostly down the runway. Donnie and I flew my Facet 2300 6 times on Sat. Mostly Donnie as the wind was a little too much for me (and others). Of course the wind didn't bother Donnie as it's not his airplane. What a brave guy!! Unfortunatly, we had to leave Sunday morning as my motorhome had an electrical failure and I wanted to get it home while it was still running.
Many thanks to Monty, Linda, Chris and the whole Woodland gang for putting on the Jet Fly.

Chris,
Thanks for taking the time to post high quality pictures of the Skymaster Phantom box.
There was an understanding between Dave Presta and Dave Reefer to have the box removed.
I will follow up to make sure this happens.
Sorry for the inconvenience,
Jason Somes

Hi Chris:
I think that Presta thought I was going to take that box. If I can get out there I would be happy to take it out of there

Yea wind was a bummer I was able to get in 4 flight between Saturday and Sunday. All the guys that hung in there we all appriciate it. I did get a few pictures. Most are of Saturday evenings fun....Nostalgia Jets. Jim Adams had resurected an old Byron F-16 with a new OS-91DF. Attached are a few shots of the first flight.

I have been on the road since the event and just got home. Here are a few more photos I got of the abbreviated windy cold event. Jaime started off on Friday with several flights. Caught him warming his hands in the start up area after a flight.

More. Several of the guys who didn't fly at least brought out their jets and answered questions for the spectators who braved the wind and cold.
