Its a long shot I know, but.... My hunter is ready to go into the paint shop and I fancied something a little different ( For a change
) Ever since the Jet master in Thailand where I saw one of the swiss guys with this scheme on his hunter, I knew I had to have my hunter in this scheme one day.
Its proving difficult to find any good/ varied photos showing this scheme in detail. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
Regards Al

Here's a close up of the tail art Ali, I'll see if I can find more. Looks like the tail art is different on either side though.
Ok, found the sides, looking for top and bottom ones Ali!!

Al, not sure why, but I can see the attraction of that scheme! I have a vague recollection of seeing a picture of a model Hunter painted like that. Anyway, I know that the UK full-size mags covered the scheme in quite some detail along the time the aircraft was retired and 'painted', so maybe a search in that direction? Another avenue is to contact Reto Senn (through Winnie/IJMC maybe, if you don't have his contact details), as I know he's had/has quite a bit to do with the Swiss Hunters (of which 'graffiti' was one), and maybe he can help out.

You guys are great thanks. Just what I needed.
As I expected ( and hoped for ) This is one of those schemes that divides opinions. I can see both sides to the argument, but for me I am always striving to do something that little bit different. Wether you like it or not, you have to agree it's certainly different!
Sean, Thanks for the modification advice.
The Hunter that Gordon has is a Mick reeves one. I am just getting ready to fit out my Mick Reeves hunter, but to be honest I will probably sell it on, as last week at jet Power I went a little hunter mad and picked up a 1/5th scale one from Air world and a 1/3rd scale one from HT Modellbau. I know have to decide which scheme to put on which model. Although I am favoring this Graffiti on the Airworld and Miss demenour ( Another bright scheme ) on the big HT.

OMG - that is one ugly airplane!! The Vipers, Bandits, Flashes and Boomerangs that flew at Jetpower may have a fantasy
scheme, but a beautiful, classic military jet like the Hunter.... the poor little pilot that has to sit in the cockpit and fly this thing!!
One thing is for sure, you will never loose sight of it!!

Now thats what I am talking about!
See to me another dark blue Panther is ugly, or grey F-16, Ugly and boring! I really admire the ball$ of the owners of these classic aircraft that dare to be a little different and think outside the box. One day I might even get to see a full size warbird painted how they whould have/ should have been ( Used and worn ) Instead of high gloss camo [:-] till then I will keep painting my toys in the most interesting schemes possible.
Regards Al

Hey Ali
It is clear you have lost your marbles, as we would say over the pond. Please send those nice Hunters to me, and I will paint them very nicely, and save you from making a mistake that will cost you many hours of regrets and possibly going into a deeo funk and quitting the hobby.
All the best

Thanks for your concern Greg. The only thing that would make me quit this hobby is if I had to play with the same toys as all the other kids!
I have just about all the photos I need now ( Thanks once again guys ) The model is finished and ready to fly, and the gauntlet has been thrown down to the painter. SO it looks as if I am running out of excuses. Sorry guys!

Ali my friend
Please reconsider and save yourself hours of remorse. I will fly to London and we will have tea at the Dorchester, and perhaps you will see the error of your ways.
