Does anyone know when we will have access to the field for setting up ETC? Will it be Wednesday...Thursday or Friday?

I would like to arrive on Wednesday evening so I can set up Thursday and begin flying Friday.

Any idea?

As far I know it will be on thrusday after 12:00pm

The earliest we can get the field at the moment is 5:30pm on Thursday. Both the Navy and the Airforce use the field for emergency's and low approaches during the day. I am going to try to get it a bit earlier in the day if their flight schedule allows it, but its 5:30 for now.

When are the rental tents going to be setup?

The tents will be set up either Thursday evening or Friday morning. Our options are limited due to the military flight schedule.
